Every idea has the power to transform. The Fuel the Future Award recognizes team members who stay curious, take action and share their passions to inspire where we go next. Eric McBride was recognized for his relentless drive to improve TCNA’s products, tools and developer experience, stepping in at every opportunity to innovate and inspire those around him to think bigger and move faster.
Every breakthrough begins with saying “let’s try.” The Begin Boldly Award recognizes team members who act with courage to experiment and learn along the way to drive growth and progress. This year’s recipient, Kandace Trevino, was recognized for her leadership in implementing a new headcount data management system staying curious and adaptable as she moved the organization toward a stronger, more efficient process.
Curiosity and collaboration open doors. The Connect Beyond Award recognizes team members who question assumptions and connect with others, bringing people, ideas and technology together to create value. Crystal Edgley earned this recognition for her rare ability to bring people, teams and organizations together to solve complex problems. As one of TCNA’s earliest employees, she played a key role in the growth of Toyota Connected’s Telematics Service Platform (TSP) and the services that now support millions of customers.
