Drivelink - Telematics Service Platform

We're here when you need us most. TCNA's Drivelink powers Toyota and Lexus Safety Connect* for North America, connecting drivers with 24/7 access to first responders and roadside assistance. System uptime has historically been greater than 99.9% with services including:

  • Automatic Collision Notification
  • Destination Assist
  • Enhanced Roadside Assistance
  • SOS

The telematics infrastructure that underpins Safety Connect* supports automated calling services, such as those found as part of the available Toyota Advanced Rear Seat Reminder feature in the 2025 Sienna.

Toyota Connected developed its data platform to safely ingest and store vehicle-generated data. Privacy, safety and security is at the core of everything our engineers develop. We provide privacy by design, in addition to the strict adherence of the regional privacy policies of our customers such as Toyota Motor North America., Managing cloud solutions for millions of vehicles allows engineers the world over the ability to develop new, tech-forward products to best serve customers, and Toyota Connected’s data scientists have the expertise to take macro data and create smarter solutions for our customers. Our engineers are experts at bringing new products and services to market while making existing products better through the process of continuous development.

UX/UI Design

TCNA is a global lead on UX/UI design for Toyota companies, helping drivers and passengers fall in love with their vehicles through easy-to-use, feature-rich experiences that enable them to reliably control what they want, when they want, on their vehicles’ head units. Our team of agile developers employ the practice of kaizen – continuous improvement – by responding to customer feedback and providing continuous improvement in design elements. The UX/UI team works closely with many Toyota companies and suppliers around the world to help ensure drivers and passengers enjoy their drive.
